Much is written about Mind, Body and Spirit and depending on a person's perspective it can be an "out there" notion or an essential consideration of one's state. We simply ask, how are you doing and is there anything that you would like to change? An honest and open answer, in the moment, begins the process of transformation.
Have you tried and failed at anything. (We hope so! That's life) Are you searching for answers and input on the best approach to change? Do you desire to reach a new level of success, satisfaction and fulfillment? The basis of the answers should reflect your own personal standards and where you are now.
External judgement or suggestions that you need to change will have little long term value. It might provide an awakening or short term motivation however lasting change, and the desire for it, can only come from within.
