Spring into Action

Can you feel it? Are you seeing it?

The days are getting longer. Plants and animals are shifting their patterns and perhaps you are noticing that you and your neighbours are starting to rise out of winter hibernation.

The Spring winds blow fresh energy and a feeling of renewal our way. Ok,it's fair to say we may have a little more winter come our way before Spring truly arrives but there is still value in planting some seeds for the coming season.

With that in mind, what do you need to do to make your Spring and Summer exceptional for you? Make some plans, set some goals and start working on them now. What would you like to achieve or change for the better by Labour Day? Write it down. Feel free to share or ask for assistance to get it done.

Personal Fitness Training

Once again this April we'll have a Fitness and Health Promotion student from Conestoga College with us. This placement provides opportunities for you to further explore exercise and movement and custom work out plans. If you would like to have a complimentary session, please contact us through the website to make arrangements.

Remember you don't need to be fit or feel capable to reaps the benefits of moving your body.
