Setbacks and Failure

Have you ever lost the motivation to continue doing something? Or perhaps you keep doing something and you don't know why!

How many New Year resolutions have you made? Dieting, Quitting Smoking,Get Fit or other major life decisions and changes that you felt needed to be made.

What happened to that initial determination that got you going? Perhaps something drastic and disturbing was your inspiration to do something in the first place. For others, it simply felt like the time to take charge or you were inspired by a marketing campaign that pushed you to take action. But after a while, initial enthusiasm disappears, the realities of life take hold...and you give up.


Any permanent change takes time and will have it's challenges. If there are specific issues, patterns or people that challenge you, then these must be put in a new perspective in order to achieve on going success. Overcome these burdens and roadblocks and you will become lighter mentally and physically.

Stress and emotions will affect our perspective and beliefs that we can actually succeed. In many cases, we must face the challenges and challengers so that we can learn from the experiences and be stronger the next time we face them.
