Shift work requires some adjustment to your habits and routines so that you can stay alert on the job, sleep well at home and not become strained, overwhelmed or start to have health issues, as a result of not adapting well to shift work.
Basic principles of nutrition timing, food choices, hydration, exercise, and bedtime routines can assist in avoiding sleep issues, weight problems, blood pressure concerns and even injuries and accidents.
We provide on site shift work training or individual coaching.
Be aware that shift working is not for everyone. Some people simply cannot manage rotating day/night schedules over a period of time. For others, with a few simple adjustments you will feel more rested and able to work well, sleep well and still have time to enjoy the rest of your life too!
