When will my order ship?

Orders require 1-2 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email or text when your items have been shipped.

Oversized Packages

Optimum Health Vitamins Inc. maintains the prerogative to apply shipping charges to individual items that are deemed to have an excessively high weight/price ratio...products to be identified as such on their product page. Shipping costs may also be determined based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as the method and location of delivery (i.e. remote or international locations may incur additional shipping charges). Oversized packages are considered larger than 21 inches x 21 inches x 21 inches or heavier than 25 pounds. Such packages may require us to issue you a special quotation for shipping charges.

Temperature Sensitive Items

Cold winter and hot summer months may restrict the ability to ship products. We will notify you if your order is affected.
