Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 0.5 - 1 mL, 4 times per day. To avoid digestive upset, take with food/meal.

Contra-Indications: Do not use if you have heart disease, hyper or hypotension, a kidney or liver disorder, diabetes, or edema, or are taking diuertics, if pregnant or breastfeeding, allergic to plants of the Asteracaea family, sensitive to iodine, or taking iodine supplements.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you are taking antidepressants, blood thinners or digoxin, or if you have an acute infection, or diabetes.
