Nature's Way Calcium & Magnesium is formulated in a 2:1 Calcium to Magnesium ratio in a great tasting strawberry, blueberry or orange liquid formula. It helps in the maintenance of bones and teeth. It also contains bone-friendly ingredients Collagen, Manganese, Boron, Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3.
Recommended Use: Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Adequate calcium and vitamin D3 throughout life as part of a healthy diet may help prevent bone loss/osteoporosis.
Recommended Dose: Shake vigorously before each use. Contains ingredients that settle. Adults take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or if you are taking blood thinners. Do not use if the inner seal is not intact. Keep out of the reach of children. May be stored at room temperature or refrigerated for added freshness. Store in original container protected from light. No artificial colours or flavours.
