Recommended Dose: Adults: take 1 teaspoon (5.9g) daily, mixed in hot water.Once added to water, Magnesium Carbonate, L Glycine and Citric acid react. Ratio is 2 molecules of glycine to 1 molecule of magnesium to form Magnesium Bisglycinate. Citric acid helps drive the reaction.
