Nature's Way Licorice Root is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints, such as mucous buildup (catarrhs), coughs and bronchitis and to help relieve inflammatory conditions of the gastorintestinal tract, such as gastritis in adults.

Recommended Dose: Adults, take 2 capsules 2 times per day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4–6 weeks.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or have a liver disorder. Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store at room temperature.
Contra-Indications: Do not use this product if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder or if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
