Whole Earth & Sea Marine Algae Omega-3 is a vegan-friendly, ocean-friendly formula providing a direct source of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These essential fatty acids help support cardiovascular and cognitive health as well as visual function, but they are hard to find in a fish-free diet.
This one-per-day, plant-based formula helps overcome poor conversion of omega-3 in flax, chia, and other seeds to long-chain EPA and DHA. Each gelatin-free softgel provides 385 mg of omega-3 from 700 mg of sustainably cultivated algae oil, including 100 mg of EPA and 200 mg of DHA in their usable forms – no conversion required. DHA is highly concentrated in brain tissue and in the retina of the eye, where it helps support brain function and visual health. EPA helps support heart health and cardiovascular function.
Marine Algae Omega-3 offers the same benefits as fish oil without the aftertaste or ocean impact. This vegan-friendly, one-per-day formula is ISURA® tested for purity, free of ocean contaminants, and extracted without solvents from sustainably cultivated algae.
