- Matcha. What is it: Matcha is made from high-grade green tea leaves that are ground into a powder. Why we use it: Matcha is high in antioxidants, including catechins, which may help improve cell damage.
- Lion's Mane Mushroom. What is it: Lion's Mane is a functional mushroom found across North America, Asia, and Europe. Why we use it: The erinacines in Lion's Mane are linked to the stimulation of nerve growth factor synthesis.
- Moringa. What is it: Moringa is an antioxidant-rich plant that grows primarily in northern India. Why we use it: Moringa is high in polyphenols, which may help prevent cell damage and inflammation.

How To Prepare: This Herbal Latte can be enjoyed iced or hot for a nourishing drink, or added to smoothies or other recipes.
How to Blend: Add one serving (5g) of Matcha Mind to a splash of hot water. Mix until dissolved. Sweeten to your liking with honey. Top off with your preference of steamed milk, nut mylk, water or Artisan Tea. Add ice if desired.
Ways to Enhance: For added health benefits, try adding your favourite Harmonic Arts Mushroom Tincture or Powder, Tincture Blend, Artisan Tea, or Syrup according to package directions. For added creaminess and optimal nutrient absorption, add a fat source. You can try adding 1 tsp of coconut or MCT oil.
