Recommended Use: Helps maintain normal pH and electrolyte balance. Helps in the development and maintenance of bones, and reduces risk of bone loss/osteoporosis when taken with Vitamin D.
Recommended Dose: One capsule three times per day taken a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Cautions & Warnings: Do not use with other potassum-containing supplements or potassium-containing salt substitutes. Not to be used following acute dehydration (unless administered with an appropriate balance of other mineral salts, e.g. sodium). Some people may experience diarrhea. Sealed for your protection. Keep out of reach of children.
Contra-Indications: Do not use with angiotensin II receptor blocker medications (ARBS's).
