A.Vogel Relax Oral Spray is a powerful combination of Passion flower, Lemon balm and Zinc. Passion flower is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve restlessness and/or nervousness (calmative) during times of mental stress. Helps to support and maintain the immune system.

Recommended Dose: Adolescents and adults 13 years and older: 4 sprays in the mouth, 3 times daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store at room temperature (below 25°C) in a dry place.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
