Early settlers were introduced to cedar tea by the Indigenous peoples, as a way to prevent scurvy. The sweet & earthly flavour of the ‘Tree of Life' is balanced by sweet licorice notes of fennel and anise hyssop.

Anise Hyssop: Also called licorice-mint, anise hyssop is known for its soothing properties for relieving cold symptoms and as a digestive aid. It’s also abundant in antioxidants.
Fennel: Known to support digestion, stimulate appetite & soothe nausea.
Recommended Use: Herbal Tea. A bold & adventurous woodsy blend, with notes of sweet licorice.
Recommended Dose: How to Brew
- For a hot cup: Steep 1-2 tsp of herb in 8fl oz of just-boiled water. Let steep 5-10 min. For a more potent cup, steep up to 20 min. Sweeten to taste.
- For a cold infusion: Combine loose-leaf tea and cold water in a pitcher and let the tea infuse the water for 6-12 hrs in the refrigerator. Strain, sweeten to taste, and enjoy.
